Before it was a centre, it was a need - for a space where women could heal without having to silence their faith. Where pain wasn't just processed clinically, but witnessed spiritually. Where the heart was held not just with tools, but with tawakkul.
"Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest."
Qur'an 13:28
And in that remembrance, TreatWoMental Therapeutic Centre was born.
Where psychology meets spirituality. Where healing is not just professional, but prophetic.
Created specifically for women seeking support that honors their faith and feminine experience.
Expert guidance grounded in both modern psychology and Islamic principles.
This wasn't built in a moment - it was built for every moment someone sat in pain, waiting for help that felt safe, spiritual, and sincere.
TTC was born from a simple yet deep realization: our ummah is hurting, but doesn't always know where to go for healing. So many women were searching for emotional support - not stripped of their faith, but strengthened by it.
They didn't need a "clinical" fix. They needed a space that understood their heartbreak and their sujood. They needed someone who could hold both - the wound and the du'a.
That's why we created TTC - A space where psychology meets spirituality. Where healing is not just professional, but prophetic. Whether you're here to heal, grow or guide others - we're honored to walk with you.
"The support I received at TTC was unlike anything I'd experienced before. It wasn't just about healing my mind - it was about reconnecting with my heart and my faith. For the first time, I didn't have to leave part of myself at the door to receive help."

I didn't start TTC because I studied psychology. I started it because I lived it.
Because I know what it feels like to sit with pain that even duas can't seem to quiet. To feel things so deeply and not have the words to explain it — not even to yourself. To search for healing in books and theories, only to realize what the heart needed most was a space that spoke our language - The language of La ilaha illAllah.
TTC isn't a brand. It's not a business. It's a da'wah. A sacred space where I get to practice my deen by helping women return to Allah through their emotional wounds - not in spite of them.
This was never about techniques alone. It still isn't. It's about holding space for women like me. Women who want to feel deeply, think clearly, and heal fully - without compromising the religion they love.
Allah chose this work for me. And every day, I feel honored that He did. Because every course I create, every soul I meet, every tear I witness, and every breakthrough I celebrate reminds me that healing is sacred. And so is this journey!
We believe healing is a spiritual journey. Our approach integrates proven psychological techniques with Islamic principles to address both the mind and the heart.
We create a safe space where your faith is not just acknowledged but honored as a central part of your healing journey. Here, you'll never have to choose between your emotional health and your spiritual path.
